Attended Ultimate Speaker 3-Day Event in Dallas, Texas, October 2019 to Gain a Better Understanding of Presentation Styles and Avenues to Find Speaking Engagements.  Committed to Additional Training in California with a Small Round-Table of Leaders in January 2020 to get Personally Coached.  

Joined the American Educational Research Association (September 2019) and Subscribed to Several Areas of Interest within the Organization to Learn More about Presenting Formal Research in Person and in Writing.  

Member of the Association of Talent Development since September of 2017.  I plan to get more involved with the Houston Chapter in 2020 to Gain Opportunities for Speaking or Training.  

My goal in 2020 is to search out opportunities to add value to businesses, organizations, or individuals in exchange for the utilization of data for research purposes. This research is intended to study the value of shorter microlearning topics and how people engage and retain information in the learning process.  

Team member of a technology powered education project with the mission of bring learning opportunities to children in Pakistan.  It is believed that the literacy rate is only 58% among people 10 and older.  The mission of this team is to educate students enough to prepare them for more advanced educational opportunities.  My role is to create a plan to capture data for research purposes, create video content for their self-created LMS specifically in the categories of teaching English, edit videos for other subjects taught in English and Udru, and review and provide feedback on overall user interface.
