The mission of the foundation is to work with TXTA member companies to fund educational and community service programs to enhance the understanding of and image of the Texas trucking industry, with the ultimate goal of positioning trucking as the most vital and necessary industry in Texas.

Humble ISD Education Foundation Chairman 2018-2020
Board of Directors 2013-2022 The Humble ISD Education Foundation strives to advance the mission and vision of the Humble Independent School District. Goals include building the capacity of Humble ISD's programs to serve students in the most effective ways possible, programs and projects to enhance learning, and defining next practices through providing funds for innovation and research-based experimentation. In the 9 years, I served on the Foundation Board I served on the Executive Committee for 7 years, two as Treasurer, two as Vice-Chairman, two as Chairman, and one as At-Large Representative.

Kids Hope USA is the catalyst for an expanding network of church/school partnerships. These partnerships take on the enormous challenge of kids at risk—One Child, One Hour, One Church, One School at a time—through one-on-one mentoring relationships.

Humble ISD Education Foundation
My responsibilities within the school district include leading the organization that is the nonprofit arm to the district. We have raised over $13 million dollars since 2000, with 2018-2019 revenues exceeding $2 million. Deciding where the funds go in our district of over 40,000 students is the best part of the responsibility of the Board of Directors. Taking part in district events that support the mission of the district and foundation is the primary responsibility of the board.

The Texas Education Foundation Network is an Affiliation I have Within my Role with Humble ISD Education Foundation. I have Utilized Training from this Organization to Collaborate with Similar Organizations for the Betterment of All.
Member of the Texas Trucking Association for more than 20 Years. This is the Organization that Provides Guidance for the Texas Trucking Association Foundation that I am Past Chairman. The American Trucking Association is also a Guiding Organization in the Industry.
Member since 2012. Through this Organization, I may be Able to Utilize my Knowledge of Educational Technology to Assist Member Companies While Gaining Experience Speaking.

Examples of Organizational Training , Competency - Sharing Knowledge and Understanding
This video has a back-story and was a needed intervention to an organization I have been a member of since 2010. I was off the board from June 2017- October 2019 during this time. I was re-appointed as Treasurer to assist in getting the chapter back on track after my video explanation.
This was in the proposal phase of an organizational training site for the Texas Trucking Association that I created.
This was a basic training on an upcoming law being introduced for our organization that I created.

This was my first video series for a local nonprofit, our Chamber of Commerce. It is a testament on how far I have come in editing and making videos, as it needs to be updated for better quality. Unfortunately they still use this page for new members because I have not had time to update.
